As a woman in the film industry, you are faced with challenges unlike others in your field. It requires courage and resilience to face the lions every day in the arena and stay true to who you are and your creative expression. We will explore:
How you will benefit:
The content of this workshop has been adapted from The Daring Way™ curriculum, an experiential methodology based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. The foundation of this curriculum is to examine the thoughts, emotions and behaviors that hold us back and identify new choices and practices that will move us toward authentic, courageous living. The goal and hope is for every individual to reach the end of their life knowing that they lived, loved and lead with their whole hearts.
Nicole Owen is a Professional Certified Coach and Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator who helps Artists to be fully creatively expressed without the misery, frustration and depression that seems to accompany the creative life. She takes the “struggling” out of the “struggling artist”.
In lieu of admission, please feel free to bring a non-perishable food item for donation to the food bank. We will collect and deliver the food items.
